expert in production management, consultant and trainer
Expert in production management, consultant, and trainer with years of hands-on experience in the mineral water industry. With his experience in plant management and strategic he brings unmatched industry expertise to the table. Used to work for Nestle. For the past 12 years growing his career as an interim manager, consultant and trainer specialized in production planning, lean manufacturing (also lean warehousing) and business process management.
His practical workshops are designed for immediate impact, empowering participants to quickly implement new skills and witness measurable improvements in their operations.

Professional background
- 5 years as Procurements Specialist in International Procurements Department of Perrier-Vittel Group (Nestle), responsible for purchasing of production materials (as: PET resines, bottle caps, paper, glues etc.) and production equipment as a part of investment projects,
- 5 years as a General Manager and Plant Manager in the production plant of leading Polish mineral waters producer (branded Cisowianka), responsible for plant organization and development.
Consulting career
– areas of expertise
- Business Process Management and Modelling – helping organizations to map the current state („as is”) of their important processes, to analyse the main issues, to model the improved („to be”) state, to standardize and implement the changes.
- Supply Chain Management – especially MRP (Material Requirements Planning), Demand Driven MRP Planning and Inventory Management,
- Production Planning and Scheduling – designing and consulting the Production Planning processes, consulting the implementation of IT tools supporting Production Planning such as ERP (Enterprise Requirements Planning), APS (Advance Planning and Scheduling) and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems),
- Manufacturing processes design and optimization – based on application of Toyota-like Industrial Engineering (Lean Manufacturing) tools, such as Value Stream Mapping, waste elimination, 5S design and implementation, line balancing, SMED (quick changeovers), Total Productive Maintenance (CMMS systems for maintenance planning and control) implementation, Overall Equipment Effectiveness OEE index calculation and analysis,
- Standardization of manufacturing tasks and work measurement methods (MTM, MOST) application
- Manufacturing costs control and optimization,
- Warehousing processes optimization according to Lean Warehousing practices,
- AIAG (Automotive Industry Action Group) tools and techniques such as FMEA, Logistics FMEA, 8D report, Effective Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis RCA.

production planning
The Production Planning Processes are crucial for the business competitiveness of any manufacturing company. They influence the Customer experience concerning the order lead-time and are critical for the Supply Chain costs and flexibility. Each manufacturing company should cover at least 3 Production Planning Processes:
- Tactical Level Production Planning in the Supply Chain – IBP (Integrated Business Planning) or S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process,
- Operational Level Production Planning in the Supply Chain – here are ERP (Enterprise Requirement Planning), MPS (Master Production Scheduling) or MRP (Materials Requirement Planning) processes,
- Operational Level Detailed Scheduling of production resources and tools (PRT) – the Process is often described as APS (Advanced Production Scheduling).
We provide the high quality training in the form of personalized workshops covering the above areas.
Currently offered workshops:
- Production Planning and Scheduling
- Production Planning with support of ERP systems
business process management and Modelling
There is no modern company which doesn’t use the Business Processes as the way of it’s work organization. The number and complexity of tasks performed to deliver products or services to the Customer make Business Process modelling and improvement necessary. The Business Process mapping and life-cycle management becomes one of the most important skills of the modern Manager.
We currently offer the workshop covering the subject:
- Business Process Mapping, Modelling and Improvement
lean manufacturing
Lean Manufacturing is the most successful method of manufacturing systems design and improvement. It is often described as the system of tools dedicated to different areas of industrial systems engineering. The most fundamental tools of Lean Manufacturing are:
- Standardized Work as the fundamental of reduction of the variation concerning Safety, Quality and Productivity with 5S technique as a base of workplace organisation,
- Just-in-Time flow management, with the Value Stream Mapping technique of Supply Chain and Production System balancing, SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Dies) quick changeover technique, Total Productive Maintenance TPM method of production resources maintenance,
- Jidoka method of quality assurance based on In-built Quality (quality built into work standards) and 5 Why Problem Solving technique,
- Kaizen technique of Continuous Improvement through 7 Wastes (Muda) elimination.
We currently offer the following workshops covering main Lean Manufacturing tools:
- Introduction to Lean Manufacturing
- Value Stream Mapping VSM production systems evaluation
- Quick changeovers SMED technique implementation workshop
- Standardization and work measurement implementation
lean warehousing
The main ideas of Toyota Production System have long history of success in different business environments and Warehousing is one of them. Lean Warehousing is the optimization method based on Lean Manufacturing tools such as:
- work standardization,
- 5S and Visual Management as the tools of workplace organization,
- 7 Wastes (Muda) elimination in the context of warehouse layouts, resources utilization and processes improvement.
Currently offered workshops on Lean Warehousing:
- Lean Warehousing - warehouse efficiency optimization using lean techniques
